Responsibilities
Front Office Management: Greeting clients, managing visitor logs, and answering/directing incoming phone calls and emails.
Admin & Clerical Duties: Typing, filing, scanning, data entry, and handling correspondence .Scheduling & Coordination: Managing meeting room bookings, organizing company appointments, and arranging travel plans for upper management.
Inventory Control: Tracking stock levels of office stationery and supplies, placing orders, and maintaining office equipment.
Qualifications
Education: High school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business or administration is highly preferred.
Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven experience in an administrative or secretarial role.
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, strong time-management abilities, and a high level of confidentiality.
