Position: Telecalling Executive – 3–5 Years Experience
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
Handle customer enquiries and provide accurate information.
Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
Maintain regular communication with clients through calls and messages.
Explain products/services, offers, and company details clearly.
Maintain customer records, call logs, and follow-up details.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
Handle customer concerns professionally and coordinate with relevant teams.
Build strong relationships with customers and ensure good customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, telesales, or a related field.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Tamil speaking is preferred; basic English communication is an advantage.
Strong follow-up and customer-handling skills.
Target-oriented and confident personality.
Basic computer knowledge and CRM/data-entry skills preferred.
