Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor daily site activities.
Coordinate with workers, contractors, and vendors.
Ensure work is completed as per drawings, plans, and schedules.
Monitor material usage and site requirements.
Maintain quality and safety standards at the site.
Track daily progress and prepare site reports.
Resolve basic site-related issues and coordinate with management.
Ensure timely completion of assigned work.
Requirements:
Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred.
1–3 years of relevant site supervision experience.
Good communication and team-handling skills.
Knowledge of basic construction/site procedures.
Ability to manage multiple site activities efficiently.
